Back To The Gym

Holidays are over, and after having 2 months of drinking and eating exactly what I want, I felt it was time to hit the gym again. NO PAIN NO GAIN. 
Anyway, I don't really enjoy it but using lots of different apparatus makes it more enjoyable and the time goes faster. It's really annoying I can't really run on the running machines anymore as I have shin, knee and ankle pains when I do. Ah well plenty more things for me to do. 



POST WORK OUT - GET THESE ABS BACK!
